KIJA profit rises 16.48%, revenue reaches IDR 5.14 trillion

JAKARTA – Property developer PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) recorded net profit of IDR 423.19 billion as at 31 December 2025, up 16.48% from IDR 363.30 billion at the end of 2024.

The achievement lifted KIJA’s earnings per share as of December 2025 to IDR 20.55.

Based on its audited 2025 financial statements, sales and service revenue also increased 11.87% to IDR 5.14 trillion by the end of 2025.

The largest contribution came from the sales segment at IDR 2.10 trillion. The power plant segment contributed IDR 1.81 trillion, while services and maintenance accounted for IDR 521.10 billion.

By the end of December 2025, KIJA’s total assets stood at IDR 15.05 trillion, up 7.42% year on year, driven by liabilities rising 6.80% to IDR 6.91 trillion and equity increasing 8.10% to IDR 8.14 trillion.

For reference, KIJA’s cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2025 amounted to IDR 3.61 trillion, surging 76.96% from IDR 2.04 trillion at the end of 2024.

Most recently, IDNFinancials.com reported that KIJA, through PT Likuid Nusantara Gas (PT LNG), has inaugurated the operations of a mini liquefied natural gas plant at Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang (PIER), East Java, with total project investment reaching USD 16.9 million.

The project was developed under a joint venture scheme. PT Jababeka Infrastruktur holds a 60% stake in PT LNG, while PT Fortius Development Asia and individual shareholders each own 20%. (DH/ZH)
