Land sales drive CBDK profit to IDR 1.36 trillion in 2025

JAKARTA - Property issuer from the Aguan Group, PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), recorded net profit of IDR 1.36 trillion in 2025, rising 47.52% year on year and pushing earnings per share (EPS) to IDR 241.45.

Based on its 2025 financial statement, the company booked revenue of IDR 2.50 trillion, up 11.32%. Around 97% of revenue came from the land and building sales segment, which grew 8% to IDR 2.42 trillion.

The rental segment contributed IDR 35.46 billion, while other segments generated IDR 47.58 billion.

Despite higher revenue, cost of revenue was reduced, falling 12.96% to IDR 850.03 billion in 2025.

As of 31 December 2025, CBDK’s assets rose 11.4% to IDR 22.57 trillion, supported by equity growth to IDR 11.98 trillion, while liabilities declined 11.31% to IDR 10.59 trillion.

As reported by IDNFinancials.com, the company recorded marketing sales of IDR 430 billion throughout 2025, equivalent to 85% of its annual target of IDR 508 billion.

The main contributor was the commercial land plot segment, which generated IDR 343 billion, or about 80%.

Meanwhile, other commercial property segments contributed IDR 83 billion (19%), while the residential segment accounted for IDR 4 billion (1%).

Throughout 2025, CBDK marketed several key projects, including commercial plots at CBD PIK2, SOHO The Bund, Bizpark PIK2, Rukan Pasar Milenial, as well as residential projects Rumah Milenial and Permata Hijau Residences. (DH/ZH)
