Agung Sedayu sells 52.9 million CBDK shares, stake falls to 0.43%

JAKARTA – PT Agung Sedayu Group (ASG), a shareholder of PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), has reduced its stake by 0.94% through three separate transactions carried out from late February to early March 2026.

CBDK’s management said in a written statement on Friday (6/3) that Agung Sedayu sold 12,600,020 shares on 27 February 2026 at a price of IDR 5,300 per share.

It then sold another 35,680,000 shares at IDR 5,350 per share on 3 March, followed by the final transaction on 5 March 2026, when it disposed of 4,650,000 shares at IDR 5,200 per share.

Through the three divestment transactions, ASG raised IDR 281.85 billion. “The purpose of the transaction is divestment,” the management said in the statement.

Following the series of transactions, Agung Sedayu’s shareholding in CBDK fell to around 24.5 million shares, equivalent to 0.43%, from the previous 77.51 million shares or around 1.37%.

In the second trading session today, Friday (6/3), as of 2:41 PM WIB, CBDK shares had declined 3.45% to IDR 4,900 per share.

The stock has been on a downward trend over the past five days, slipping 6.54%, and has plunged 17.65% over the past month. (DK/ZH)
