Prabowo Subianto’s niece sells TRIN shares for IDR 53.5 billion

JAKARTA – The President Commissioner of PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) and niece of President Prabowo Subianto, Rahayu Saraswati D. Djojohadikusumo, has reduced her shareholding in the property developer through the entity PT Satya Devya.

Based on a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Sunday (08/3), PT Satya Devya sold around 48.97 million shares (1.08%) in stages during the period from December 2025 to February 2026, with the purpose stated as a personal transaction.

Before the transaction, the shareholding amounted to 182,058,300 shares, equivalent to 4% of voting rights. After the series of sales, the holding fell to 133,086,672 shares, or around 2.92% of voting rights.

The official disclosure shows that the share sales were carried out through seven separate transactions:

  • On 19 December 2025, 10,000 shares were sold at IDR 850 per share
  • On 30 December 2025, 350,000 shares were sold at IDR 1,135
  • On 2 January 2026, 250,000 shares were sold at IDR 1,250
  • On 5 January 2026, 1.3 million shares were sold at IDR 1,395
  • On 7 January 2026, 400,000 shares were sold at IDR 1,875
  • On 20 January 2026, 150,000 shares were sold at IDR 1,650
  • On 5 February 2026, 46.51 million shares were sold at IDR 1,075 per share

Based on the transaction prices above, the total value of the share sales is estimated at around IDR 53.53 billion.

However, the same disclosure also noted that Rahayu Saraswati had previously purchased 182,058,300 TRIN shares at IDR 200 per share on 16 December 2025 for strategic cooperation purposes, amounting to around IDR 36.4 billion.

Rahayu Saraswati became an investor and executive at TRIN in early December 2025. From that point until the end of January 2026, TRIN shares fluctuated above the IDR 800 level.

However, since the beginning of the year, the stock has fallen 48% to IDR 650 as of 3:25 PM WIB on Monday (9/3). (DH/ZH)
