JAKARTA — PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK), part of the Lippo Group, announced its participation in one of the National Strategic Programs launched by President Prabowo, namely the 3 Million Homes Program.

“The company is participating by providing land through a grant of approximately 31.3 hectares located in the Meikarta area, Cikarang,” LPCK Corporate Secretary Peter Adrian said in a written statement on Monday (Mar 9).

According to him, the land will be used for housing development under the government program.

LPCK’s support for the 3 Million Homes Program was announced at an event held last Sunday (8/3), attended by stakeholders from both central and regional governments, as well as Lippo Group founder Mochtar Riady and his son James Riady.

Also present at the event were Housing Task Force Chairman Hashim Djojohadikusumo, Danantara CEO Rosan Roeslani, Housing and Settlements Minister Maruarar Sirait, and Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Chairman Anindya Bakrie.

“The company views its support for this program as part of its commitment to actively contribute to government initiatives,” Peter added.

The company emphasized that the land grant will not have a material impact on LPCK’s operational activities, financial condition, or business continuity.

Meikarta remains part of the Lippo Cikarang area, which was developed on approximately 3,250 hectares as an integrated independent city in the eastern Jakarta corridor.

By the end of 2025, LPCK managed to reverse a Rp1.6 trillion loss into a net profit of Rp215.8 billion, supported by revenue that surged 133% year-on-year to Rp4.5 trillion.

The housing and apartment segment contributed the largest share of LPCK’s revenue at 66.2%, followed by commercial land (12.2%), township management (10.5%), industrial land (7.7%), and rental and other income (3.3%).

LPCK also achieved its 2025 marketing sales target of Rp1.65 trillion, driven by the residential segment at 58.2%, followed by commercial and industrial segments at 37.7% and 4.1%, respectively.

“Throughout 2025, the company sold 1,486 units of landed houses, apartments, commercial properties, and industrial land,” management said in its public presentation materials.

Going forward, LPCK plans to continue boosting its residential and commercial segments as key drivers of performance.

The company will also continue expanding and focusing its industrial land segment on data centers, modern warehouses, and other high-technology sectors. (ZH)
