JAKARTA – The controlling shareholder of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), PT Paraga Artamida, has increased its stake in the property company.

According to the company’s disclosure on Wednesday (25/3), Paraga Artamida purchased shares for investment purposes. The transaction, conducted on 11 March 2026, involved 12,497,000 shares at a price of IDR 749 per share.

The move implies an outlay of around IDR 9.4 billion to increase its holding in the company.

Following the transaction, Paraga Artamida’s ownership in BSDE rose from 8,522,862,464 shares (40.26%) to 8,535,359,464 shares (40.32%).

In terms of financial performance, the Sinar Mas Land–affiliated property issuer recorded a 41.61% year-on-year decline in net profit in 2025 to IDR 2.54 trillion, in line with a 7.31% drop in revenue to IDR 12.78 trillion.

Revenue was primarily derived from the real estate segment at IDR 11.83 trillion. The property segment contributed IDR 769.49 billion, the hotel segment IDR 52.25 billion, and toll roads IDR 103.63 billion.

In the first trading session on Wednesday (25/3), as of 11:40 AM WIB, BSDE shares rose 2.04% to IDR 750 per share.

However, over the past month, BSDE shares have declined 13.79% and have fallen 17.58% since the start of 2026. (DK/ZH)
