Samuel Sekuritas acquires nearly 850 million BKSL shares

JAKARTA – The list of changes in share ownership above 5% on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (25/3) highlights several key transactions in the property sector.
PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia facilitated the purchase of 849.84 million shares of PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL), which it carried out itself. As a result, its ownership increased from 5.06% to 5.56%.
PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia acquired 76.48 million shares of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) previously sold by PT Manunggal Prime Development.
Maybank Sekuritas’ stake rose to 6.68%, while Manunggal Prima’s ownership declined to 23%. Both transactions were facilitated by PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia.
PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management also increased its holdings in Subang Smartpolitan developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) by 2.28 million shares, purchased through PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI).
The investor, often associated with Prajogo Pangestu, now holds 10.9% of the company.
Then, Emtek Group's digital business arm PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) was seen conducting another share buyback, this time totaling 100 million shares through PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), bringing total treasury shares to 10.6%.
Meanwhile, Manoj Pitamber Nanwani added shares in two maritime transportation companies.
Through PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia and PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, he purchased 1.12 million shares of PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), slightly increasing his stake to 5.9%.
He also acquired 1 million shares of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD) via PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, bringing his ownership to 5.05%.
On the other hand, PT AP Investment recorded the largest reduction by selling 190 million shares of mining company PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) through BUT Deutsche Bank AG. Its stake now stands at around 15.19%.
PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama sold 15.40 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), reducing its stake to 38.89%. The transaction was carried out through PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia.
Lastly, TP Rachmat now holds 6.4% of LPG and ammonia company PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (ESSA) after selling 14.88 million shares through PT Bahana Sekuritas. (KD/ZH)
