ARNA declares IDR 45 dividend per share, yield could exceed 8.5%
Rabu, 08 April 2026

JAKARTA – PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) has announced plans to distribute dividends for the 2025 financial year amounting to IDR 45 per share, or IDR 330.4 billion in total.
This marks an increase from the 2024 dividend allocation of IDR 315.7 billion, or IDR 43 per share, in line with a higher payout ratio.
For the 2025 financial year, the company will distribute 82.4% of its net profit as dividends, up from 74.1% in 2024.
This comes despite the domestic ceramic producer recording a 6% year-on-year decline in net profit in 2025 to IDR 400.47 billion, weighed down by rising production costs, particularly tariffs and gas supply disruptions.
“I believe this proposal, and the shareholders’ decision, will provide added value to all Arwana shareholders,” said Rudy Sujanto, Chief Financial Officer of ARNA, during the company’s annual public expose on Wednesday (8/4).
ARNA shares have delivered limited capital gains over the past year.
The stock has declined by 14.5% over the past year, even hitting a five-year low of IDR 505 per share on 31 March 2026.
However, following the dividend announcement, ARNA shares closed up 1.92% at IDR 530 per share on Wednesday (8/4).
The decline in share price has also led to a higher implied dividend yield for the 2025 financial year, reaching 8.5%—above previous years’ yields of around 6–7%.
The company has yet to announce the dividend payment schedule, although Rudy confirmed that payment will be made no later than 30 days after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday (8/4). (ZH)
