Rajawali Kapital acquires 1.53 billion ARCI shares from controller

JAKARTA – The list of share ownership changes above 5% on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (7/4) recorded the transfer of 1.53 billion shares of mineral mining issuer PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI) from its controlling shareholder, PT Rajawali Corpora, to PT Rajawali Kapital Emas.

PT Rajawali Corpora sold the shares, resulting in a notable decline in control from 71.89% to 65.8%. Meanwhile, Rajawali Kapital Emas increased its ownership from 11.76% to 17.58%. Both transactions were facilitated by PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Furthermore, market hints data on Wednesday (8/4) highlighted the sale of 350 million shares of renewable energy issuer PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) by Green Era Energy Pte Ltd. Through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, this foreign investor’s stake slightly declined to 22.67%.

The largest share sale was recorded by PT Manunggal Prime Development, which divested 432.69 million shares of property issuer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) via PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia. Its ownership decreased from 23.39% to 21.19%.

Through PT Ina Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Prima Visualindo sold 91.50 million shares of media and technology company m PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), widely known as Emtek. Its ownership declined to 6.04%.

PT Bakrie Metal Industries reduced its stake in electric vehicle issuer PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) by 42.85 million shares. After executing the sale through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, its ownership now stands at 14.23%.

A total of 16 million shares of mineral mining issuer PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) were sold by PT Pesona Sukses Cemerlang, which now holds around 6.24%. The transaction was facilitated by PT Net Sekuritas.

In geothermal energy issuer PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO), foreign investor Masdar Indonesia Solar Holdings RSC Limited saw its ownership slightly decrease from 14.83% to 14.82%. The transaction was conducted through PT Mandiri Sekuritas. However, the number of shares held remained unchanged at 6.20 billion shares.

On the other hand, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia added 49.20 million shares of film production company PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM). Its ownership increased to 11.06% after purchasing shares through PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia.

Lastly, PT Paraga Arta Mida increased its stake in property issuer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) to 9.86% after acquiring 1.71 million shares via PT Amantara Sekuritas Indonesia. (KD)
