JAKARTA – PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) will distribute dividends of IDR 1,665 per share, totalling IDR 5.92 trillion from its 2025 financial year net profit.

The dividend distribution was approved by shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) held at Menara Astra, Jakarta, on Thursday (16/4).

The allocation includes an interim dividend of IDR 567 per share, amounting to IDR 2.06 trillion, which was paid on 24 October 2025.

This leaves a remaining dividend of IDR 1,096 per share, scheduled for payment on 18 May 2026.

The dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed in the shareholder register as of 28 April 2026.

Based on UNTR’s share price of IDR 31,500 as of 12:45 PM on Thursday (16/4), the total dividend yield for the 2025 financial year stands at approximately 5.26%.

In addition to the dividend decision, the AGM also announced the composition of the board of commissioners and board of directors for the 2026–2027 term, as follows:
