Prajogo Pangestu sells 1.17 billion CUAN shares within a week

JAKARTA — Prajogo Pangestu, the controlling shareholder of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN), sold part of his shareholding on 30 April and 4 May 2026.
CUAN management disclosed that Prajogo sold a total of 1.17 billion shares through several separate transactions on the two dates, at prices ranging from IDR 1,180 to IDR 1,321 per share.
In a written disclosure published on Wednesday (6/5), the company said the transactions were aimed at increasing the number of shares available to the public, or free float.
Following the transactions, Prajogo Pangestu’s ownership in CUAN declined from 82.34%, or 92.56 billion shares, to 81.30%, equivalent to 91.39 billion shares.
Meanwhile, data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) showed CUAN’s free float portion had narrowed from 15.87% in February to 14.94% at the end of March 2026.

As of 11:38 AM WIB on Thursday (7/5), CUAN shares had fallen 1.21% to IDR 1,225 apiece.
Over the past month, the stock has still gained 4.70%, although it has plunged 46.51% since the start of 2026. (DK/ZH)
