Foreign trading remains sluggish, net selling 1.10 billion shares

JAKARTA – Foreign investor trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday (13/5) once again closed in net sell territory.
Compared with the previous trading day on Tuesday (12/5), when foreign trading closed with net sell of 791.41 million shares, the figure increased to 1.10 billion shares today.
Foreign trading volume showed no significant change compared with yesterday. Foreign buy volume declined from 4.55 billion shares to 4.46 billion shares, while foreign sell volume rose from 5.34 billion shares to 5.57 billion shares.
Top Buy
PT Abadi Nusantara Hijau Investama Tbk (PACK) became the stock with the largest net buy volume today, although only at 102.22 million shares. Foreign transaction volume recorded 151.14 million shares bought and 48.92 million shares sold.
PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA) posted net buy of 29.57 million shares. Buy volume reached 66.75 million shares, while sell volume stood at 37.18 million shares.
PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) recorded net buy of 18.85 million shares. Foreign buy volume reached 31.92 million shares, while sell volume was only 13.06 million shares.
PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) followed with net buy of 18.48 million shares. Foreign trading volume was recorded at 74.03 million shares bought and 55.55 million shares sold.
PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) closed with net buy of 17.29 million shares. Foreign trading recorded around 31.33 million shares bought and only 14.03 million shares sold.
Top Sell
PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) became the stock with the largest net sell volume, though still relatively small, at 150.32 million shares. Foreign investors bought 570.90 million shares and sold 721.22 million shares.
PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) posted net sell of 116.99 million shares. Foreign transaction volume was recorded at 151 million shares bought and 268 million shares sold.
PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) followed with net sell of 115.26 million shares. Foreign transactions recorded 287.61 million shares bought and 402.87 million shares sold.
PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) posted net sell of 103.99 million shares after foreign investors bought 439.01 million shares but sold as many as 543 million shares.
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) closed with net sell of 87.06 million shares. Foreign investors bought 39.14 million shares but sold 126.20 million shares. (KD)
