JAKARTA – Baritono Prajogo Pangestu, Vice-President Director for Commercial & Production of PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA), and Polymer Sales Director Raymond Budhin have increased their ownership of the Company’s shares by a combined 226 thousand shares.

According to the disclosure, Baritono Prajogo Pangestu acquired only 26 thousand ordinary shares at IDR 7,650 per share on Friday (5/12) last week.

Accordingly, in this transaction, the son of Prajogo Pangestu disbursed as much as IDR 198.9 million to raise his stake to 0.0004 percent.

Another TPIA director, Raymond, also purchased up to 200 thousand Company shares in four separate transactions on 4 and 5 December 2025, at an average price of IDR 7,650 per share – amounting to a total of IDR 1.53 billion.

The purpose of the share purchases by both members of the Board of Directors is investment, with a direct ownership status.

TPIA’s share price today, Thursday (11/12), rose 1.06 percent as of 10:55 AM to IDR 7,120 per share. TPIA shares have weakened 5 percent since the start of the year, but previously reached their highest level in May 2025 at IDR 10,550. (ZH)
